I work to build awareness and understanding across UBC about guidelines such as the Government of Canada’s policies and guidelines relating to research security. I also provide advice to UBC leadership and internal clients regarding research security-related matters and facilitate UBC’s engagement with external stakeholders relevant to this subject.

Research Security Advisors

Research Security Advisors provide support and advice to UBC researchers on the principles and practices of research security policies and guidelines as implemented by the Government of Canada. They work collaboratively with faculty and staff to build an understanding of how to safeguard research at UBC.
